Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
Orders placed with Levi Form are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.
Our daily order processing cutoff time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed beginning on the next business day.
For example, an order placed at 3:00 PM ET on Monday will begin processing on Tuesday.
Shipping Time and Estimated Delivery
Levi Form currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
Standard shipping is estimated to take 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other transportation conditions.
All delivery timeframes provided on this page are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times.

Orders of $30 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
The applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout before the order is completed. If an order requires a special delivery arrangement that results in an additional charge, we will contact the customer before applying the additional charge.
Shipping Coverage
Levi Form currently ships to U.S. addresses only.
We do not currently offer shipping to countries or territories outside the United States.
Carriers and Tracking
Depending on the destination and package requirements, orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
After an order has shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address provided with the order. Customers may also be able to view their order and shipping status through their account when account tracking is available for the order.
Tracking information may take some time to appear or update after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery times may be affected by severe weather, holidays, carrier service changes, transportation network congestion, or other circumstances outside our control.
If we become aware of a significant shipping delay affecting an order, we will contact the customer using the contact information provided with the order.
If a package is lost in transit or arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or confirmation of the shipping issue. Please provide your order information and any relevant photos or other requested documentation so that we can assist with the issue.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping name and address, including the street address, city, state, and ZIP Code, when placing an order.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order ships. We cannot guarantee that a shipping address can be changed after an order has been shipped.
Local Pickup
Levi Form does not currently offer in-store pickup or local pickup. All orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
